E-kurset STCW Security Awareness Training er for alle sjøfolk som skal ha grunnleggende kjennskap til maritim sikkerhet. Ingen forkunnskaper kreves.
Kurset er akkreditert av Bahamas Maritime Authority og oppfyller kravene i STCW-konvensjonen, VI/6.1 of The International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers 1978, as amended (STCW) and STCW Code Sec A-VI/6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4. Kurset gir opplæring i maritim sikkerhetsbevissthet, trusselidentifisering, observasjon av mistenkelig aktivitet, samt rapporteringsprosedyrer for sikkerhetshendelser om bord. Etter fullført kurs mottar deltakerne et sertifikat i henhold til STCW Tabell A-VI/6-1.

The online STCW Security Awareness Training course is designed for all seafarers requiring basic knowledge of maritime security. No prior knowledge required.
This course is accredited by the Bahamas Maritime Authority and meets the requirements of the STCW Convention, VI/6.1 of The International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers 1978, as amended (STCW) and STCW Code Sec A-VI/6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate in accordance with STCW Table A-VI/6-1. The course provides training in maritime security awareness, threat identification, observation of suspicious activities, and procedures for reporting security incidents on board.
